Will apple revive an old name - The Slate?

Even with the news that Apple has registered trademark of iSlate, we can't be certain that's the name the company will ultimately use for their rumored tablet. Of historic interest, however, however, that this is not the first time used "The Slate" marking one of its projects tablets.
